Our Policies

Medication Management Policy:
Our medication management services are administered based on the professional discretion of our healthcare providers, deemed suitable by our team.

Crisis Management Policy:
We do not provide crisis intervention services. In the event of emergencies or life-threatening situations, we recommend contacting 911 or visiting the nearest emergency department.

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid incurring a $50 cancellation or no-show fee, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment may necessitate cancellation or rescheduling.

Missed Appointments Policy:
Repeated missed appointments without prior notification may result in discharge from our practice.

One-time Psychiatric Evaluation Policy:
We do not conduct one-time psychiatric evaluations for employment, medical clearance, disability, or legal purposes. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality Policy:
Patient chart information is strictly confidential. To release patient records to another healthcare provider, completion of a Release of Information (ROI) form is necessary.
