Note: Patients are responsible for copays, coinsurance deductibles, and a valid credit/debit card is needed on file.

Yes. Telehealth services are available through a secure, encrypted platform for patients across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, New Hampshire, and Colorado.

Creyos (formerly Cambridge Brain Sciences) is a research-backed, online cognitive assessment platform. Patients can use a phone, tablet, or laptop (or an in-office device) to complete a series of engaging, interactive tasks lasting 1.5 to 3 minutes each. These tasks measure 12 core cognitive abilities (like Deductive Reasoning, Working Memory, and Attention). The test generates a detailed report showing your performance compared to others in your age group, which the clinician uses to guide your treatment plan.

The practice uses a holistic approach, combining traditional clinical techniques with wellness-focused strategies (such as highlighting the importance of physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness) to help patients develop healthy coping mechanisms, build emotional resilience, and treat the whole person rather than just their symptoms.

The Supervising Psychiatrist is Dr. Azeza Uddin, MD. Dr. Uddin has over 20 years of practice experience and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Fort Worth area.
